I ’ve been an active member of Shore Builders Association for most of my building industry career. My first sales &marketing committee meeting was back in the late 1990’s, and I’ll be honest, I was more than a little nervous that day. Walking into a room full of exuberant sales and marketing professionals can be a bit intimidating! Since that first meeting, I’ve come a long way and I am honestly humbled to be this year’s recipient of the "Outstanding Achievement Award". To follow in the footsteps of industry icons such as Marge Karahuta, Suzzane Kronenfeld, Giovanna Pergola, Kevin Donovan, and all the other amazing recipients is utterly surreal. This award means so much and I am so honored to receive it. Stephanie has been a marketing professional for more than 20 years and has been involved in the building industry since the very beginning of her career. Starting as a marketing coordinator and new home sales person for several builders, and now as a business owner providing her clients with social media, content creation, newsletter services, and traditional marketing like graphic design, brochures, and displays. Stephanie has been an active member of the Association for many years. She is an instrumental part of the FAME Awards as well as one of the founding members of the Professional Women in Building (PWB). Through the PWB Stephanie has been involved with our Tools for School drive, the Pet Pantry supply drive, Foodstock and the Annual HOPE Walk bringing awareness to HOPE Sheds Light.
