W hile 2020 definitely presented challenges for our Association when it comes to holding events, we’d like to share with you the events we worked to revamp to work within the social distancing and safety guidelines. We are committed to giving our members as many opportunities as we can to work their membership and connect with other members.

NAHB Chief Economist, Dr. Robert Dietz, Makes Economic Predictions for the Remainder of 2020

In May, SBACNJ members were provided with a Zoom presentation by Dr. Dietz to update us on the state of the economy moving forward through the rest of 2020 as a result of the COVID-19. Moderated by Adam McIndoe & Frank Swol, we were given the good, the bad, and the ugly on what to expect in the 3rd & 4th Quarters, as well as predictions for next year based on where we are today.
