The futuristic golf simulators will offer an array of sports entertainment for guests of all skill levels. Golfers will have the option to choose from playing 84 of the top courses from around the world including Pebble Beach, Pacific Dunes, PGA National, and Pinehurst #2. The simulators are also equipped with new technology to allowing the more serious golfer to improve their skills with such games as longest drive, target practice, and surround the flag. But the simulators are not just for golf. Adventure Crossing will also offer simulators for football, hockey, soccer, as well as non- sport options. It will be one of the nation’s first facilities to offer such variety all under one roof. The one of a kind sports dome will include 44 golf bays. Each bay can comfortably entertain up to 8 guests, thus providing the

ultimate networking or private party hosting venue. Included in the specially designed and engineered facility is a private party room for birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, fund raising functions, and group gatherings. As the project will continue to be built in phases, other plans include hockey rinks, over 650,000 sq. feet of approved warehouse space, a 7-11, gas station, two hotels, and an outdoor entertainment concert stage. To capitalize on the premier location of the property, Vito and his partner Randy Johnson had the vision to create a multi-use retail and housing space called Village Residences in the third phase of the project. The first floor will host retail stores and restaurants by independent business owners while offering housing in the floors above.

There is a transit bus that stops right in front of the property with easy access to New York City and Philadelphia.
