townhomes and 36 affordable condos that opened for sale pre-construction in September 2020. American Properties expects a full close out by this November. The project overcame challenges such as a major reconfiguration of an intersection along State Highway Route 35, in addition to building and selling through a pandemic, supply chain and labor shortages and an unprecedented sales pace. These challenges ultimately resulted in an elevated customer experience. American Properties’ next community will be Traditions at Wall, which is expected to open this Fall. The community will highlight 128 two-story townhomes and 34 affordable rentals. Nestled at the crossroads of Routes 34 and 33 in Wall Township, Traditions at Wall is expected to hold its first closing in Quarter 1 of 2023. Just minutes from all major
highways and the Garden State Parkway, the community is less than 15 minutes to New Jersey beaches. Recreational opportunities abound with Allaire State Park, Shark River Park and the Manasquan Reservoir nearby. Traditions at Wall will feature 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhomes with a 1-car garage and up to 1,847 sq. ft. of living space. Featuring an open space concept, Traditions at Wall offers the convenience of an onsite children’s play area, community seating areas and a garden walk. These fee-simple townhomes will also highlight low maintenance fees and maintenance-free private yards in a professionally managed community. Growing families will be excited to know that Traditions at Wall is located in the highly ranked Wall Township School District – rated #3 in Monmouth County by Niche.com.
