SBACNJ Expanding with Other Trade Schools by Adam McIndoe
Adam McIndoe Young Professionals Committee Co-Chair
Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ) has continued to expand its working relationship with the Ocean County Vocational School in recent years. Several business owners and associates of our current membership are consistently volunteering their time to meet and discuss their current employment needs, proper techniques, and industry trends. As skilled trade professionals are retiring faster than new individuals are entering the workforce, the demand for qualified workers has skyrocketed, causing local business owners to compete with one another to attract the best talent. Through our partnership with OCVTS, current members have been able to communicate with the instructors. The open lines of communication have benefited the students, membership, and the overall trade industries immensely. SBACNJ is proud to announce due to our continued success working with OCVTS, we are expanding our network to include the following Vocational Technical Schools
