THYME PI TAS

This recipe takes 10 minute to prepare and can be made in advance. After you completed the dip and the Pitas are crunchy and cooked, place the cooled Pitas in a zip lock bag and store the dip in a Tupper ware. This is a great go-to snack that can be kept in the fridge all week too! INGREDIENTS • 8 Pitas • 2 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt • 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach • 1 of cucumber, sliced • 2 pinch of salt

• 1 teaspoon black pepper • 2 tablespoon fresh thyme DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 400° F. 2. Place yogurt, spinach, cucumber, salt, and pepper into food processor or blender. Process until smooth, about 1 minute. 3. Place dip into a bowl and refrigerate until chips are done. 4. Cut Pitas into 8 wedges. 5. Arrange Pita wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. 6. Spray with cooking spray and sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and thyme. 7. Bake for 5 minutes or until light golden brown and crispy.
