Stephanie Shaffery Flair Marketing Group

Stephanie has been a marketing professional for more than 20 years and has been involved in the building industry since the very beginning of her career. Starting as a marketing coordinator and new home sales person for several builders, and now as a business owner providing her clients with social media, content creation, newsletter services, and traditional marketing like graphic design, brochures, and displays. Stephanie has been an active member of the Association for many years. She is an instrumental part of the FAME Awards as well as one of the founding members of the Professional Women in Building (PWB). Through the PWB Stephanie has been involved with our Tools for School drive, the Pet Pantry supply drive, Foodstock and the Annual HOPE Walk bringing awareness to HOPE Sheds Light. Flair Marketing is a multiple FAME Award winner and Stephanie has been honored with the 2011 SBACNJ Jack Meyer Rookie of the Year; 2013 NJBA Iron Man; 2014 SBACNJ Associate of the Year; 2017 SBACNJ Associate Hall of Fame – Individual.
