Painter Tracking Form Builders – All painters doing work for you must have a job account opened with Sherwin Williams. They can contact the local store or sales rep to set up the job account. The job account must have your company name attached to it. Builders must fill out all information below for painters who are doing work for them and send the form directly back to the Member Rebate Program to begin tracking.

This process must be repeated if the Painter is replaced and if additional Painters are added.
