Set up a “Pancake Bar” for your family with healthy choices such as; sliced bananas, strawberries or berries. INGREDIENTS: • 4 Egg Whites • 2 Cups Oatmeal • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk DIRECTIONS: 1. Blend all ingredients in your blender or Vitamix. 2. Spray Skillet with cooking spray. 3. Pour and cook.
