She has concentrated her career inCivil Engineering, Planning, and Feasibility Studies. She has extensive experiencewith Planning and Zoning Boards, providing expert testimony on Site Plans and Subdivisions that she designs, taking projects fromproposal through design to approval and ultimately through construction. She is familiar with all aspects of developing a site, including meetingmunicipal, county, state, and various agency requirements, with a specialty in stormwatermanagement design. She has also been involvedwithCommunity Associationwork, including stormwatermanagement basin inspections and remediation plans. Carolyn has been a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of New Jersey since 2000 and obtained her Pennsylvania PE license in 2018. She has also been a licensed Professional Planner (PP) in the State of New Jersey since 2018. She earned a Bachelor of Science inCivil Engineering fromNew Jersey Institute of Technology in 1995. Carolyn is a Past President and activemember of theOceanCounty Society of Professional Engineers, throughwhich she volunteers at the annual MathCounts competition formiddle school students. She has also participated in theMaking Strides Against Breast Cancer walk for

16 years and enjoys raisingmoney and awareness. She ismarried and themother of three high school and college-age youngmen. She is a lifelong resident of OceanCounty and can be found at the beach or watching her sons play baseball in her down time!
