Check it out at: https://www.crystalgolfresort.com/about/about- us/ Vernon - Spending the weekend at the Grand Cascades Lodge at Crystal Springs Resort in Vernon is a much more relaxing option. The lodge’s traditional guest rooms, studios and suites are luxuriously furnished and offer the amenities that make a tripmore relaxing, such as turndown service and a Jacuzzi tub and fireplace in some rooms. The four-star Restaurant, Latour, offers a variety of creative dishes prepared with the freshest local ingredients. Thanks to the resort’s extensive wine collection, you’ll have no trouble finding the perfect accompaniment for your meal. If you’re a wine aficionado, you’ll want to attend the complimentary tour of The Wine Center, held daily from 3 to 4 p.m. After your wine tour, stop by the Biosphere Pool Complex for a quick dip. Most indoor hotel pools are bland and boring, but not the Biosphere. Tropical trees and plants surround the two free-form pools and the hot tub, which is tucked away in its own grotto. A special material used in the construction of the pool complex’s roof allows almost 100 percent light transmission. The pool area also includes an underground aquarium, steam room and sauna, and a café. Woolverton Inn- If your idea of a winter getaway is more about cuddling near the fire with cocoa and enjoying historic charm in comfort and warmth, then the Woolverton Inn in Stockton is a great option. It has also won a few awards and features a three-course breakfast, so you can be sure to enjoy comfort and luxury with this choice. Although the inn is surrounded by 300 acres of forest and farmland, it’s only a short drive to the shops and restaurants of Lambertville and New Hope, PA. A day at the inn starts with a gourmet, three-course breakfast in the dining room, followed by some refreshments and sweet treats in the afternoon. Rooms and suites offer feather beds and Egyptian linens and towels. Newton - Set on 10-wooded acres, the Wooden Duck Bed & Breakfast provides everything you need for a relaxing weekend or mid-week getaway in the Newton area.
