Allaire Rehab + Nursing is a Special Care Nursing Facility that provides world class Sub Acute Rehab in a beautifully renovated unit specially designed to give each and every patient the feeling of comfort and luxury. It is also the ONLY In-Patient Neurological Impairment Program for Young Adults in the State of New Jersey, which we call Horizon’s at Allaire. This program is through the New Jersey Medicaid program and offers intensive therapy on a long-term basis, individualized activities and where young adults will be around those their age. To clarify, young adults ages 18 through 59 will qualify should they meet the criteria detailed by the State and have an appropriate diagnosis; such as Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Brian Injury, Spinal Cord Injury for example. Our specially trained team of Neuro Patient Care Technician’s are making a world of difference when combined with the amazing nursing team at Allaire. Not only do we offer skilled nursing care, we will be providing all nurses and certified nursing assistants the opportunity to become a Certified Brain Injury Specialists. Horizon’s at Allaire is ever evolving with the activities and events being held both in and off site for these young adults. Another wonderful aspect to our building is our Computer Lab that was developed and managed by, Jonathan Klausner, a brain injury survivor!
