REOCK AND ROLL REVUE PRESENTS ELEVENTH CLASSIC ROCK ALBUM TRIBUTE, “CHICAGO II” SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2019. 7:30 P.M. – MILLSTONE TOWNSHIP PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, MILLSTONE, NJ The Reock & Roll Revue will be bringing their Classic Album Concert series to The Millstone Township Performing Arts Center on October 19th. After sold-out performances in March 2019 at The Kelsey Theatre, The Revue will once again perform, in its entirety, the classic 1970 album from one of the most legendary bands of all time, CHICAGO. The Reock & Roll Revue’s unique performance of these classic albums, along with their video and oral history of each clas- sic album, make for an evening of great music and historical content, and always some surprise additions to honor the albums artist. The Reock & Roll Revue has been performing Classic Albums since 2008 to sellout audiences throughout the State. With a thirteen piece band, this is the eleventh and most challenging project in the group’s history. Reock and Roll Revue, the Hamilton, NJ based band, is the product of leader and multi-instrumentalist/singer-song- writer, Tom Reock. Based at Reock’s Squirrel Ranch Recording Studio in Hamilton, NJ, the band is known for presenting classic albums in their entirety along with a multi-media presentation. The first “project” was The Beatles 1968 master- piece, The Beatles (widely known as The White Album). Playing to sold out performances at The Off Broadstreet Theater in Hopewell, NJ in 2008. The band has enjoyed the support of longtime fans as well as garnering new ones with each show. Reock and Roll Revue has presented such noteworthy and beloved albums as The Who’s “Quadrophenia”; Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young’s “Déjà Vu”; Eric Clapton’s “Journeyman”; Steely Dan’s Aja; Jackson Browne’s “Running On Empty”; and the late Gregg Allman’s latest album, “Southern Blood” amongst others. The October performance of “Chicago II” features an impressive collective of thirteen musicians beginning with the band’s founders Reock, and core band members Mario DiBartolo on lead guitar & vocals, Jerry Steele on guitar & vocals, Bud Belviso on keyboards, and Hal Jordan on bass & vocals. Joining them are Steve Schupsky on drums, and Lisa Bouchele & Lindsay Jordan on vocals. Completing the band is the powerhouse horn section led by Joe Grillo on alto and baritone saxophone, Bob Demetrician on tenor saxophone and percussion, Angelo DiBraccio on tenor saxophone & flute, Lars Wendt on trombone, and Vincent Borselli on trumpet. The performances are accompanied by narrated archival video footage of the band Chicago that puts this landmark album into historical perspective, a unique aspect of Reock and Roll Revue’s vision of bringing these groundbreaking albums back for audiences to enjoy live. Reock and Roll Revue’s upcoming performance of “Chicago II” promises audiences a “raise the roof ” experience that won’t soon be forgotten.
