MODERN PILATES STUDIO REFORM IN MARLBORO, NJ By Surabhi Ashok

Reform, a “modern Pilates studio”, was recently opened in Marlboro, New Jersey near the end of September 2024. The classes offered center around high intensity-low impact workouts, which aim to fully engage the body while also resulting in the least amount of unnec essary stress on the joints. Combining both Pilates and strength training, the workouts are 45 minutes long and molded to various fitness lev els. “Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or stepping onto the Xformer for the first time, our workouts are designed to meet you where you are,” as outlined on the official website. “Our friendly and knowledgeable instructors will guide you through each movement, making sure you feel confident and comfortable.”
