HOPE FOR ANIMALS RESCUE- 732-549-1270 Manalapan A small group of volunteers that give a second chance to homeless and orphaned cats. They provide them with warmth, shelter, food, water, love and the medical care they need. They keep them safe and protect them from abuse and work tirelessly to match each and every one of them with a loving and permanent home best suited for the animal and the pet owner. All animals are spayed, tested and neutered. A 501(c) (3) non-profit orga- nization so all donations are 100% tax deductible! They foster their adoptable kittens and cats and also show them at Pet Smart- Rte. 9 South in Manalapan on weekends. Please visit their website and facebook at Hope for Animals. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED Hope for Animals has space at PetSmart in Manalapan. In this space we have resident cats/kittens available for adoption. We try to have volunteers in the adoption room with the kitties during store hours as much as possible. We are in need of dedicated people to volunteer in the adoption room. We are looking for people who are able to spend a minimum of 2 hours cleaning/feeding or socializing once a week or once every other week. There are multiple shifts that need to be filled. Volunteers must be 18 years old or accompanied by adult if younger. Minimum age is 12 years old. Volunteers must attend a training session. Cleaning/feeding shift - requires cleaning all cages, feeding each kitty, washing dirty bowls, sweeping/mop- ping floors, taking out garbage, administering medicine as needed Socializing shift - requires spending time with kitties playing and loving them, scooping litter boxes as need- ed, tidying cages and room as needed If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering, please send a private message or stop by PetSmart in Manalapan. The adoption room is in the back of the store to the right by grooming. These are only a few of the cats available for adoption. Please visit their website to see them all. Minnie - just a few months old. She’s a young and playful female. Gracie- a grey and white little love. She’s great with other cats and children. McKenzie - she’s super sweet. Grey female tabby about 3-years-young. Nyla - black female with a sweet personality. Sox - black and white super sweet little guy. He’s vocal and curious. His brother is Gizmo. Gizmo - black and white grey male . super sweet. A little shy. Looks to his brother Sox for comfort. It would be nice if they go together. Sprinkles - Young one-year-old female dilute calico. Sweet and shy. Kacee - grey blue silver female. Shy at first but warms up. Calling All cats- Calling all cats farm rescue sanctuary We are nonprofit organization. CACR has over 250 kittens and cats waiting for adoption, as well as the numer- ous cats that live in our sanctuary to support. We don't give up on any cat we accept into the rescue. Donations of supplies, as well as financial donations to support the numerous vet bills and other costs we incur in looking after all the animals in our care are always needed and greatly appreciated.
