Q:

Did you know the change in seasons can affect your mood? Now that the cold, darker, winter weather is upon us, you may be starting to feel different than you did during the summer months. The atmospheric pressure is changing and that can be a contributing factor to you experiencing headaches, sinus congestion, muscle aches and soreness, increased joint pain and stiffness and even trouble sleeping and concentrating. Over the next several months when there is less sun light, there is less vitamin D readily available for our bodies to absorb – this can contribute to a more sluggish feeling during the day and a less restful sleep at night. Chiropractic manipulation can help to keep your nervous and immune systems functioning the best they can, which can make a huge difference, especially during the change of seasons. If you find yourself or anyone you know beginning to suffer as we head into winter, please give me a call! REMEMBER - KEEP YOUR SPINE IN LINE AND YOU’LL BE FINE!
